Can I buy a wand of Hypnotism?

There's no wand of hypnotism listed in the SRD. Is there a rules reason for that?

It's just that I never got to hypnotize anything when I was a little wizard because they'd hear me casting, and now I'm realizing that you can have basically silent, stilled anything by using a wand (seems like pointing a stick would be easy to conceal behind a robe, if the DM allowed it).

Wands are spell trigger items.

Spell Trigger

Spell trigger activation is similar to spell completion, but it’s even simpler. No gestures or spell finishing is needed, just a special knowledge of spellcasting that an appropriate character would know, and a single word that must be spoken. Anyone with a spell on his or her spell list knows how to use a spell trigger item that stores that spell. (This is the case even for a character who can’t actually cast spells, such as a 3rd-level paladin.) The user must still determine what spell is stored in the item before she can activate it. Activating a spell trigger item is a standard action and does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Speaking a word kind of hampers the silent.

And you never know what kind of perversions you are going to get accused of pointing that wand from under a cloak.

I used to know that, all my wands have come with command words. But they should have repeated it in the "wands" entry in the SRD. Thanks.

I don't understand what you're trying to do with a Silent+Still version of the spell. The spell says, "Your gestures and droning incantation fascinates nearby creatures, causing them to stop and stare blankly at you. In addition, you can use their rapt attention to make your suggestions and requests seem more plausible. ... Only creatures that can see or hear you are affected,...."

If I were your DM, I would rule that a Silent+Still hypnotism has no effect!
