With today's article--Unseen Servant--Tricky Owlbear's mini-series for koboldquarterly.com comes to an end. We've had a fun 11 issues with Wolfgang and company but now the series returns to the nest where it will continue in its normal, longer format. As always, you can stay tuned to Tricky Owlbear on twitter, via my blog, or the TO blog for information on future releases. Thanks for your support!

A bit divided here, don't know if I should say congrats on 11 free issues or thank you for returning to the longer format. I do love and miss the the original format.

What is the next spell for the longer format?

You could say "congrats" and "thank you" of course. ;) I'll either tackle flare, identify, or permanency next.

Okay.. Thank you and of course.. Congrats!

Both Identify and Permanency are on my main list of really want to see, but I am kind of interested in seeing what you do with Flare. The Flare spell doesn't get a lot of use so looking at where it goes beyond the normal spell.

I don't know if this fits just me or others are in this same category, I only buy your stuff from RPGNow so if you can keep the pace without so much of a delay between issues it would be appreciated. Maybe even consider a subscriber type thing as well would work. This is great for us lazy shoppers.

Thanks, Vascant. :D

You're not the only one who would appreciate a more expedient release schedule--I'm in the same boat! Apologies for neglecting our normal products. Right now we're gearing up for Pathfinder as well as Swords & Wizardry adventures in addition to me banging out Behind the Monsters: Invisible Stalker. I take care of the lion's share of Tricky Owlbear's writing so things get a bit hectic here at the lair with my full-time job just eating up too much time. Hopefully that will change as our first Pathfinder product is by a freelancer as will be one of the S&W modules.

Any chance of BtM and BtS being released soon? I don't buy from RPGNow very often anymore so I try and group everything together.

I was planning on getting a lot of work done over this weekend but that plan was derailed when I received news of the sudden death of a good friend (and regular member of our gaming group). So I'll just say that if you're going to make a RPGNow purchase then don't wait for the next release from us. I do post regular press releases here when we release a product and try to keep my blog updated when there's an imminent release as well. Sorry for our delay but thanks for inquiring!

Sorry to hear about your friend's passing, as I get much older these events are becoming a bit more frequent in my life as well. There is no real rush, I just had two different things happening and thought of your BtM article (purchasing from RPGNow and wanting to use Invisible Stalkers in an encounter)

Thanks and I really did want to have the stalkers out by now. Hopefully I'll get back to work on it very soon.
