Looks like it. Not sure about the dubbing, but there are beautiful passages in the film. I wouldn't say it's Miyazaki's best, but definitely worth checking out.

Something happens under water. But it's Miyazaki, so it's worth checking out regardless of whether or not you know what it's about going in.

With these kinds of movies I find it better that I don't know what it's all about in a few minutes of trailer. The trailer is there to wet your apatite, it certainly has for me ;-)
