Gaming Book Shelf Competition

Here are my bookcases devoted to gaming (4 other bookcases one room over), however they don't contain the books I have in heavy current use that are currently taking up space at one of my players' houses where we hold my campaign. I should have bought a third of the same bookcase, because between those and what I'll be getting at GenCon or have on my wishlist of OOP stuff, I'll need the shelf space.

I happen to have 2 pics online - they don't cover everything I have, but even if I had a pic of everything, it would not compare to many here I'm sure. So, here's the two...

Oh and dang Shemeska, yours look like they are ALL in very nice shape - makes me feel like a bad gamer looking at mine above (dusty and beat up), haha.

VANDAM, that's a nice bookcase.

The benefit of only having gotten into gaming with 3e, most of my books are relatively new, haven't been through too much transit and moving, and all the OOP books I've collected (Planescape, Dark Sun, Ravenloft, etc) I've gone after them in the best condition (or still sealed) that I could find.

And I try to use pdfs for quick reference to save the books the stress (at least for the D&D books, don't have pdfs of any White Wolf stuff).

Ahh, well I don't feel as bad then, hehe. Many of mine I bought when they just came out, or soon after (except much of the 1st edition and earlier stuff which I was given or went after later).

---edit---

I could only fill one of those two bookcases with my stuff btw, hehe

I don't have pix of mine...and I'm unlikely to in the near future- I'm still unpacking from a house renovation.

However, even after selling about 1/3 of my collection to Half-Price books (stuff I really wasn't using), the remaining 66+ RPGs take up 3 whole 7' tall 3' wide bookcases in my second den, plus some shelves in other rooms...and some material that resides permanently in boxes/tubs.

That's not counting the wargames & boardgames (stacked on top of the bookcases), CCGs (largely in 2 Pier One trunks) or the minis.

(I'm bookmarking this thread in the event that I do get some pix.)
