Yes!:D
...and how much some of these rooms resemble my gamespace.

LOL.

I was browsing this thread on my Mom's computer, and when I was scrolling over the pix of some of the larger collections, she peered over my shoulder and said, "Is that your crap?"

Why does that refrain sound so familiar? ;)

Here's my reference shelf, since I didn't have a pic of that handy in the last set:

Wow, I'm really amazed by your collections!

Since people are still posting pics, we will continue the thread for a few more days. Then I'll likely start a voting poll to decide who wins.

Wow, there's some fine collections in this thread.

So, looking to the future, what happens to it all once you're, errrr... unable to enjoy it anymore? After all, none of us are getting any younger. :D

Haha, good question.

I know for myself, I will be playing for a long time (only 32 at the moment). I was actually at my local game store buying dice when a group of 4 older guys came in... they had to be in their early 60's (my dad is 57, my mom is 60 - and these guys were older) - they were STOKED looking through dice talking about what they needed (more d10's apparently)... talking about damage rolls, etc - like they were teaching one of the guys who was with them.

Anyway, I though, that's me right there. I'll be that age and still be excited about it, even if it isn't the game I'm playing right now, hehe.

I've been playing since 1977.

I'll be making 42 this year. Given the longevity stats in my family, I'm a good candidate to make it into my 80s and beyond.

So by then, I'll probably have my RPG collection & a dice program on a chip that goes into a slot on my head.

But I won't be able to boot it up...;)

Actually, that makes me think- I could really see senior homes getting wireless networks for their chipheaded residents. Cheap entertainment, web surfing, etc....all hands-free.

Hey, I'm 60. I plan to keep playing until I fail my third death save or my INT drops to 1. As far as my collection goes, I guess my group will have to fight over it.

Heh...

This makes me think that someone should fork this to a "Gamer's Last Words" thread...

"Crap- rolled a 1 *wheeze* eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"
