Uhh, anybody know what book they published information (or a website/pdf/anything) about what an Eternal Blade is? I see it used in optimized builds sometimes, but I can't seem to find it..... Anywhere.

The Eternal Blade is in Tome of Battle - Book of Nine Swords, page 109.

It's an Elf prestige class in Tome of Battle: Book of Nine Swords. While the entire class is nice, you can't enter until ~level 10 iirc, and the by far best class feature isn't gained until 10th level in the class (once/encounter you basically get a "free turn" sort of like time stop...well, not really).
