Pathfinder 1E Amazon not carrying Pathfinder?

Amazon is showing Pathfinder is unreleased, ETA unknown (not out of stock reorder unknown). Has Amazon decided not to carry Pathfinder for some reason (copyright concerns with WotC maybe)?

Sigh according to Paizo, it looks like Amazon might not have gotten their order to their distributor in on time and as a result got ZERO Pathfinder books.

Time to go fish, if Amazon didn't get any it's because the other big chains cleared out Diamonds stock. Wish me luck, I'm going for a drive.

Oh well, at least I got the PDF. If Paizo's shipping rate was more reasonable, I would have ordered it from them, but I am simply not going to pay $42 in shipping for one book.

I'll wait for the November reprint and get it from Amazon.

Yup. I think the postal service may be harboring a grudge because their delivery men keep forgetting to return... ever... again...

Well they certainly got SOME books, as my copy of Pathfinder shipped yesterday from Mississauga, Ontarion (ordered from Amazon.ca). Should be getting my copy early next week.:D

IIRC, Amazon.ca and Amazon.com have separate management. It's entirely possible that Amazon.ca ordered on time and Amazon.com didn't.

I don't know of Amazon backing off on any ordering for rpg books, but they are definitely slow on the ball in getting them. I think with Amazon, they'll get it when they get around to it kind of thing. At least this was what how I felt when I would try to order stuff from them around street date.

For me, if I don't care about the street date and am willing to wait to whenever Amazon finally gets the book so I can take advantage of the discount, then I'll use them, but if I'm really giddy about a new book, it's better for me to get it elsewhere.
