Nobody has yet mentioned the Reefclaws? First introduced in Curse of the Crimson Throne, they show up in artwork for Second Darkness as well. I would have loved to see those make it into the Bestairy so they could be more easily used in more modules.

The Aboleth, I foresee as being given more respect as monsters, as they and the Intellect Devourers become the new de facto powers of the Darklands.

The Shaitan appears in Pathfinder 18.

Then it was a CR 7 LN Large Outsider (earth, extraplanar) with 9 HD and some cool earth-related powers.

1% of them are Pashas, who can grant wishes.
