Is it me, or have the WotC updates been broken since the site "upgrade"?

Normally the site would put the updates up at midnight Eastern Time on the feed and the content calendars. Now, those are updated, but the links go to nonexistent pages until much later.

Is it just me? Is there a workaround?

Yeah a bunch just came through in my RSS feed reader, but the links are all broken.

Seeker came up later than I think intended, too.

I was just thinking the same thing. Midnight eastern sharp is a very convenient release time for me, I hope it comes back.

Well, I noticed that he Seeker and DM Hotline are noted for running on Oct 6th, a Tuesday.

I am sure that most of the articles are posted prior to midnight, and the CMS simply pushes out the articles at a schedule. Maybe they decided that with the new CMS, and moving to a 5-day release, they can be more fluid with their articles. Like most other news services, articles can be pushed as they are promoted past the copy editors.

Well, I noticed that he Seeker and DM Hotline are noted for running on Oct 6th, a Tuesday.

The special PHB III sneak peeks have been on Tuesdays, that's not unusual.

This issue isn't that articles are being posted later than midnight (although, that has been happening more often, especially on Fridays). The issue is that they are showing up as being up on the calender and the RSS feed, but the links are taking you to the "this page doesn't exist" error page. Clearly something is broken somewhere.

Yeah, I have the same problem and it's really annoying. How the hell is it showing up on RSS before it's live on the website? Someone needs to give a good thwomping to the person responsible for that particular idiosyncrasy.

Aye. Normally WotC's articles have always been up at 6AM (CET) when I get up. Now the links are there in the RSS feed, but the links are broken and there is no trace of the articles at the website. They come up much much later.

What seems to be happening is that the links and RSS feeds are going live at the same time they were before the revamp, midnight Eastern time. The articles themselves, however, aren't going live until midnight Pacific for the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday updates. So for three hours, the links go nowhere.

The Tuesday updates have always gone up sometime in the afternoon, for whatever reason, and seem to be doing so still, even though the links for them are now going live at the midnight Eastern time.
