6 Eagle Down (Judge : Garyh)

Ts'iri is looking around and finally figuring out that the voice is coming from her. "I don't know."

"Oh gods, now the questions start! This is why I should have stayed asleep. Fine. I know there will all kinds of bother if I don't reply so ask what you want. Please ask succinct and meaningful questions though. With my fathers men around, I'm already at my limits of dumb."

Character ready once judge ok's XP and treasure (And feat gets ok'd too).

Voda Vosa, I'll let Mal Malenkirk figure out what your rolls tell you. If you wanted to roll an insight though, I could tell you something though.

Never letting things get him by surprise, the wizard reacts cooly and analiticaly. "Very well, it's fairly simple: Who are you, and why do you speak through T'sir now?"

Inisght: 24

"I'm the Ts'iri that used to be before the pact. In exchange for power, I gave up my body. I just have to bide my time until this one one die. Until then I'm obligated to stay and watch over this one."

"Who am I then?"

"Not sure really. Maybe Caiphon put another soul in there. To be honest I really wasn't interested in how it all worked. I just understand my role in this. All you need to know is you aren't the girl that my father was chasing, I am. You shouldn't worry about what happened in the past. Your history started when you washed up on shore. You're better off leaving my past buried."

[sblock=XP and OCC]24 seems plenty high. While she's condescending and arrogant, the voice seems to be telling the truth and you don't sense any ill intent. well, no ill intent against the party. She doesn't like Par'Dhun and wouldn't mind seeing him used as an anchor.[/sblock]

"And what extend of control can you exert over T'sir, if any?" asks the wizard, nodding to himself. What happens in his mind goes unnoticed to the others, under his stoic face.

"Control? You misunderstand my role here. I have no ability to compel her to do anything. I'm here to observe only. If the need is dire, I may offer advice, otherwise I just watch and learn. Think of it as rational selfishness."

"Then you are of no consequense to anyone but your self. I'll no busy myself further, speaking to the dead." Mri'Thas disregards. "T'sir, I'm even sure you can supress her at will." he offers.

[sblock=History & Arcana]Actually, I'd rather let Elec answer (even if it is to say 'You have never heard of such a thing!'

This isn't directly relevant to my adventure. I just wanted to throw a few ideas to develop your characters.

Elec took the ball and ran with it, so this really is her show. I wouldn't want to comment on this new imp of hers, I didn't even know there was going to be an imp until she decided it! I aplaud her, by the way. Very creative.

You chill cloud power seems to have mated with your new scorching burst power and the result is a rather bizarre offspring...[/sblock]

[sblock=7 Rabbit]'The Shadow Man' seems to basically be the boogie man in 6 Eagle addled brain. It is clearly not his real name and any number of bad guys could be 'The Shadow Man'.

And yet... If you ask again to a different crowd you might get an interesting result.[/sblock]

Par'Dhun is startled by the outburst from Tsi'Ri.

-''That's... We didn't really study the cultists but that's new to me.''

Suddenly the ground shakes, sending most people sprawling to the ground. The muffled sound of an explosion, somehwere in the complex, rings into the heroes ears.

-''That's not good...'' comments coolly Pard'hun. ''We're below see level! I'd start running if I were you. Now, if You'll excuse me...''

The githyanki, with a sudden burst of speed, rushes Tsi'Ri and extend his hand. He doesn't quite touch her; as gets close it is obvious he is aiming for her amulet. A blast of light surround him and he dissapears.

-''Gone back to daddy to make his report. Like a good little soldier. That's what the amulet is for, by the way.'' says the imp.

The distant sound of rushing water reaches the party.

Ts'iri was still trying to figure out what was going on. So many things where going on at once that she didn't know what to do. The earthquake throws her as off balance physically as she was mentally.

When Par'Dhun jumped at her, she barely noticed until he was almost to her only to see him disappear. When she stands up she seems oddly calm. "Well that was... interesting. When we get out of here, you'll have to explain about this amulet." She starts heading for the exit...

Okie Dokie, will do!

The history check didn't help but the arcana check gave you a hint. You recall hearing of two rare rituals that sound something similar to what you've heard from the voice. #1 Mind Seed, which allows the caster to impress the totality of their psyche into a subject’s subconscious, making the target their mental duplicate and #2 Psychic Chirurgery, which allows the caster to implant knowledge into the target. Research into these rituals might give further insight into what happened.

From your Wiki page said:
Scorching burst (Encounter Standard Burst 1 within 10 ✦ Arcane, Cold, Implement)
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: +7 vs fort
Hit: 1d6+6 Cold damage
Special: usable twice per encounter (once from feat and once from wand)

That's what I mean. Not the scorching burst I am used to.
