Which is your favorite new class & why?

Simple question. which of the new base classes do you like best and why. I like the Witch. The spell list that mixes the arcane and divine is very diverse. The hexes are great flavor and fun. The use of the familiar is pure genius although the mechanic may have to be tweaked a bit

I like the Sorcerer just because of the bloodlines. Definately so many different ways that you could roleplay a Sorcerer based on his/her bloodline. I have even added a few bloodlines in our new Pathfinder Compatible Campaign Setting Dredan Realm of Metal & Myth, these bloodlines fit well within the setting but they are still standard PFRPG bloodlines so they could fit into any game/setting.

Negative Energy Bloodline
Positive Energy Bloodline

So far the witch has impressed me the most and I look forward to seeing the final version in the Advanced Player's Guide. I still would like to see some sort of polymorph hex that allows a witch to do the classic turn a prince into a frog thing.

Summoner, defnitely.

In EverQuest 1 & 2, I loved my Necromancer (and, to a lesser extent, the Magician / Conjurer).

In Dark Ages of Camelot, my favorite classes were Theurgist (summons many small elementals), Cabalist (creates one large golem), Enchanter (summons a fey sorcerer ally), Bonedancer (creates three or four skeletal servants).

In City of Villains, it was all about the Masterminds, with their teams of robots, thugs, ninja or zombies.

Heck, I even loved my Star Wars Galaxies Creature Handler, back in the day, with his pet Rancor (not that anyone used the Rancor, since a trio of Sludge Panthers were more effective...).

The chance to play a real 'pet class' in D&D is totally cool.

My favorite new base class that Paizo is releasing is easily the Witch; that said, I like the idea of the class more than I'd actually want to play it. I think that the Witch fills a good niche (heh) as a sort of "nature-based arcane spellcaster," but I can't quite see myself playing one.

Regarding favorite new base classes that I'd actually like to run as a PC in a game, that's a toss up between the Beastmaster and the Scholar, both from Adventuring Classes: A Fistful of Denarii from Tripod Machine. The Beastmaster is like a Barbarian, but with an animal companion and animal-based powers, rather than rage abilities. Likewise, as someone who loves to have characters with diverse abilities, the Scholar is my dream come true; I love characters that can dabble across a wide range of fields.

to me the orical is one of my favorites being able to cast divine without prep is nice, but the curse is what really stood out in my mind giving you a really good benefit but also taking one away i think it really balances itself out 2 thumbs up

My favorite new class is definitely the Oracle. I enjoy the RPing aspect of games and the oracle 'curse' of blindness, deafness, unluck etc. just seems rife with possibilities.

I agree with the oracle and witch.

It's funny, initially I looked at the witch and went 'what??' It looked... quirky and dumb.

Then I sat down and went over the spell list and bonus spells by familiars carefully. OoooooOOoooh!

It's like a PC-level adept or a base class mystic theurge. Which is awesome.

For the base classes I like the sorcerer, even though I think the paladin is the most improved.

Out of the classes currently being playtested I like the witch. I might houserule the primary stat to wisdom or charisma since that makes more sense for me than intelligence
