Snowed in?

Here in the UK we've got heavy snow followed by lots of freezing weather. I'm honestly not sure if I'm going to be able to get safely to the rail station tomorrow to go to work in London.

*shrug* It's my last day before the holiday, so if I miss it I won't be that upset!
Yeah, not much snow here, but it took ages to clear my drive because of all the ice underneath it.

I'm in California, and though I'm not snowed in right now, I am expecting to be at some point this winter. We've had several inches of snow on the ground most of the last month and a half, but there's a pretty nice rainfall going on right now (JUST HEARD THUNDER, YAY!!) that is melting it all away.

No snow here this time, but the 30+ cm we got almost two weeks ago (and the little on top of that later) is still here. If we're lucky, we won't get above freezing until March sometime.

Sooo after the rain melted all the existing snow away...

...it turned to snow!

Now I have a fresh couple of inches of the white stuff on the ground! Hurray!

It was a mad house trying to get in/out of that parking lot about a week ago. I stopped in to pick up a relatively simple/inexpensive card game for some family friends (the game is Straw) and all that holiday traffic was killer!

But they're still there. Doing good I suppose. I actually don't know George and the others that well. As I'm not into comics, CCGs or minis wargames I only get out there infrequently between Gamedays...

But hopefully we see you there next Gameday!

Yup Yup.

How goes things at Zombie Planet?

Everytime I go there I get there from a different route. I hate Albany traffic.

About the only time I get there myself is on Gamedays they host. I appreciate the fact they have the comicbooks now but it's obvious it is not their thing. It kinda takes away from the feeling. Oh well.
