[4e] IG's The Witchlight Strand [OOC]

This actually made me chuckle as I went to the gaming action forum and saw that IG had posted in the IC thread like a minute after this reminder was put up... I was thinking you're much faster at updating than I am ;)
IG... fast... update. Nope, don't think I've ever seen those three words in the same sentence before.

Oh BTW IG I really like your maps, I looked at you Romeda entry and love the inset piece. Good Luck with the challenge
Thanks. Romeda is turning out to be a campaign setting-sized region all by itself, which is really not what I had intended.. but that's the scale, and it is what it is. Might turn out to be beneficial after all though, because that's where I plan on running my next campaign.

Be sure to vote! ;)

Make sure to send me a reminder in the last 5 days of the month (I'll probably forget), but I did like yours over the other entries. Djekspek is neat, but not useful as a map (as is).

Tear's and yours are my favs. Immolate's got a nice old school feel.

Tear is going to be hard to beat. His maps actually served as the inspiration for my world map. That guy is just plain good. Fortunately, this month's entry isn't his best work... but you can see that it is still beautiful nonetheless.

Don't count Djekspek out yet; that guy is amazing as well, and he works at a frantic pace.

The main thing I have going for me right now is the scale, I think; The Romeda map scales almost perfectly into the world map, and that's what this month's challenge is about. The others you can almost drop into any map and call them good--which is useful in its own right, but doesn't answer the challenge IMO.

Thanks again though, I'll send you a reminder. If I remember. :-S

Thanks IG, it's now listed in the RG.

I am not removing the previous ones, just so there's a papertrail of stuff. I have marked the ones to be used though.

To make sure I understand what exactly is going on: Sahyr is at space K8, being choked by a bugbear(which just means Sahyr cannot disengage him... which Sahyr wouldn't have anyway... he's gonna be berserking). So, Sahyr is unable to leave space K8 except when the Bugbear drags him but can otherwise act as he wishes?

grabbed

Being grabbed means a creature is immobilized. Unless otherwise noted, a grab lasts until the end of the grabber’s next turn, and the grabber can sustain the grab as a minor action and end it as a free action.

Certain circumstances end a grab: if the grabber is affected by a condition that prevents it from taking opportunity actions, if either the grabber or the creature it’s grabbing moves far enough away that
the grabbed creature is no longer in the grabber’s reach, or if the grabbed creature escapes. See also “Escape” and “Grab”

I just wanted to make sure immobilized did not mean I cannot move my arms to swing my sword. If Sahyr is still able to do stuff, I'm good. I think I know what I'll be doing. I hope Jude can move closer to Sahyr, so I heal him while getting choked, lol.
