Oh yeah, I totally meant adding that to the instructions in addition to the emailing, not instead of.
Last time I checked, it was there, but implicit:

you must re-submit your character using the same process as for the initial character submission: edit your character sheet in the wiki and email the judges, including a link to your character sheet.

I could swear I had read a writeup on Daunton's harbors - Inner Harbor vs. Outer Harbor. But I can't find it on the wiki now. Did I dream it?

In any case, the idea is that the Inner Harbor is a more high-rent district, right? With expensive shops and restaurants and so forth? But it's still a working harbor, with ships coming in and out, right?

I took a quick skim and there's this little bit in the few lines under "The City" header:
The city itself surrounds an unusual double bay; the outer bay is used for primarily for commercial shipping, the inner houses berths for local fisherman as well as a number of wealthy seaside neighborhoods.

Based on that I'd say your assessment sounds accurate.

Spiked chains are okay here right? Thinking of making a spiked chain rogue using the spiked chain training feat, as long as that is approved as well...
