Spend time on the Astral Plane. A Rod of Security can create a "pocket paradise" or nondimensional space where aging will not occur. Of course, a Sphere of Annihilation has an anti-aging element but it isn't worth the price. ;)

Only problem is that the aging is retroactive once you leave the Astral.

There have been some spells and items that allow you to steal age from others.
 




The game shouldn't have this

Why? Because defeating old age is one of the great fantasy plot devices.

Ways to defeat aging should always be determined by the DM. That way when the DM writes an adventure around the havok caused when the king hires a sorcerer who can give him youth, the PCs can't just answer 'why doesn't the king turn to page XXX of the DMG?'
