Help! I need info about several D&D deities & Demon Lords.

I'm making a reference sheet for my game and I can't seem to find information about certain Deities and Demon Lords. So I'm hoping someone here can answer these questions for me.

1. These Demon Lords appear in the Fiendish Codex I book on page 155:

Alrunes (Demon Lord)
Barbu (Demon Lord)
Bayemon (Demon Lord)
Charun (Demon Lord)
Gresil (Demon Lord)
Laraie (Demon Lord)

Does anyone know what layer of the Abyss each of these guys lives in?

2. Each of these deities supposedly lives in the plane that I listed next to their name.

Syranita (Beastlands)
Afflux (Carceri)
Tamara (Elysium)
Falazure (Gray Waste)
Garyx (Pandemonium)

Do you know what layer on that plane each of these guys lives in?

3. These Deities all live on the Outlands.

Annam (realm is called The Hidden Realm)
Apshai (realm is called The Hive)
Astilabor
Boccob (realm is called The Library of Lore)
Erik (realm is called Nature's Rest)
Geshtai (realm is called Nature's Rest)
Gilean (realm is called The Hidden Vale)
Io
Istus (realm is called The Web of Fate)
Ramman (dead) (realm is called The Storm Cloud)
Ruornil (realm is called The Silver Lands)
Sera (realm is called The Marketplace Eternal)

Does anyone know what ring of the Outlands they live in? Or what landmark on the Outlands their realm is close to? Or what landmark their realm is near?

4. Do these deities appear in any 3rd edition book or magazine? If not, do you know what D&D book they did appear in?

I can only offer a small part of the answer to Q4: Prometheus and Epimetheus appeared in 1st ed Deities and Demigods (Prometheus as a god and titan, Epimetheus as a titan only), and Persephone has 1st ed DDG stats in Dragon 113.

Also, if by Shifukujin you mean the Japanese gods of luck/happiness, stats for some of them are in 1st ed DDG, and they are discussed in the 2nd ed Legends and Lore.

Joramy (Bytopia & Elysium) Wanders - maintains no fixed realm.

Do you know what layer on that plane each of these guys lives in?

Obad-Hai The Hidden Wood of Obad-Hai lays near Fortitude and Faunel.

Does anyone know what ring of the Outlands they live in?

Strictly speaking, Azahu exists banished in some sort of netherworld outside time and space, but his domain is the 73rd layer of the Abyss, despite him not actually existing there.

Yep, Ahazu is currently imprisoned in the Wells of Darkness. There was detail on him and his layer additionally in an article that went along with the Savage Tide Adventure Path.

Though to be kept in mind, that link has some big conflicts with the material from 2e and 3e. I think it may be using material from Gygax's Gord novels and not including any of the 2e onwards material.

The wikipedia article on the Abyss or Demon Lords (assuming it hasn't been deleted by British accountants that hate D&D yet) has a comprehensive list as I recall.

I've already checked that resource. Most of the remaining Demon Lords are listed there but their layers are not listed. And their sources show they appear in MM2. I'm assuming that is a 1e MM2, which I don't have and can't check it.

I'm not familiar with the 1e MM2 book. I'm assuming it has quite a bit of info about demon lords and various deities since I keep seeing it's name popping up as a reference when I began this project. If you think it would help me with my reference sheet, I would love a copy of it. But I wouldn't want you to give it away if it won't be of much use to me.
