So if it refuses to connect while I have my firewall down, it's Wizard's fault? Because I've been trying this all day, and I'm growing rather frustration, I can't figure out why it refuses to work.

Likely, unless something else on your network is blocking it. I don't know the port/protocol the CB uses (nor the server it connects to) to be of more direct help. Might need to call CS.

Hrm... I hope their customer service/tech support is better than the last time I called someone for tech support... was connecting a router and the guy was talking to me about masters and slaves... >.>

I'll be calling sometime, in the meantime, I will be deleting everything WOTC related so I can install cleanly.
 



I don't know if you got this fixed or not, but... I seem to recall that you had to completely uninstall the demo version before installing the full version. If you're still having trouble, I would suggest posting in the 4e forum or on Wizard's site.
 

I contacted Customer Service... they couldn't do anything, but they set up an incident report or something for a specialist who is supposed to email me today.
