Yesss, its called recruitment. Every corporation does it, and many use use the internet to get a broad cross section of applicants. This makes them no different from any other company of their scale.

This means absolutely nothing in terms of my perception of the company. Good luck to them finding the best person for the role. (roll?)

If 4e was doing well, they shouldn't need to hire more people - what they have should be enough.

Enough of that nonsense. They have to get feedback from all the essentials core products AND see how the Gamma World booster system does before they can do that. Cripes it will take at least 6 months!!!!
