switching statuses database error

so when I switch my status a database error comes up, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, it switches the status, but the error shows up, is it just my account or does this happen to everyone?

I just got that as well. Using Chrome 6.0.4x, if it matters.

The status did actually change when I went to a new window, but right after I typed in my new status and hit "update" (or "ok" or whatever the button says) it came back with a database error in place of my status.

It chokes on punctuation like an apostrophe, but the status changes with no problem. I think - knock on a convenient dryad - it's not a problem.
