OOC: I believe that is correct, that Sally is likely with the group as they retrieved the mounts from the town.
Hopefully the stables compensation was adequate... speaking of compensation, is there any chance I could get an idea of what Richard has left of his funds - no complaints whatsoever here - but I'd just like to know.
My inventory sheet needs a major overhaul... where do I start please?

From there is there any need to continue this thread... it seems so desolate anyways, and the rewards have been given out to those that survived - so can we stick a fork in this? The DM has been rarely involved but if the other powers that be could once again step in and lend a hand please? Thanks so much for all you've done already to Rae and Trouvere!

Ditto what he said.

ooc: What's left to be done? I thought I had tied it all up, except for Richard's reincarnation, which you guys handled just fine without my input.

OOC: cost of reincarnation is 1000 gp for materials and 280 gp for NPC spellcasting services. How about we waive the NPC fee, since we helped the lizardfolk out?

Gildrim's sheet lists Richard's salvaged belongings: bastard sword, breastplate, potions (CMW, CLW x2), holy water, dagger, belt pouch now containing 1111.24 gp. Anything that was left in town on the horse is also safe.

I think we really must also roll for elf subtype. How about:
Code:
01-50 high (+2 Dex, -2 Con; fav. class Wizard)
51-64 gray (-2 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Con; fav. class Wizard)
65-84 wood (+2 Str, +2 Dex, -2 Con; fav. class Ranger)
85-99 wild (+2 Dex; fav. class Sorcerer)
00 drow

Hm, I forgot that LEW drow aren't ECL adjusted. I think that table looks reasonable. Looks like Richard is a high elf

As for costs, I think that the materials should definitely be covered, though not in gold (we can handwave a journey back and forth to civilization for rope, food, and magical components).

I'd like to not cut any corners regarding the payment. Can we come up with the 280gp for spellcasting services? Since any one of you could have died, I think it's fair to ask the party to chip in.

OOC: We brought 50 gp of trade goods with us. That leaves 230 gp. Sorry, Richard, I had forgotten that Gildrim drank your CMW potion too, so strike that from the list. Given that, Gildrim can afford to pay 179 gp of the surcharge (leaving him with 9 gp for emergencies), leaving 17 gp for the other three.

Overall gain from this adventure, I think:
Karl +245.5 gp (i.e. a potion of CMW)
Weel +363.5 gp (but scrolls of hide from undead don't really count)
Gildrim -216.5 gp. Hurray!
Richard -1054.5 gp. Ow.

LA+0 drow? Are you thinking of the half drow? I can't find any special rules for full drow. But since I'd not noticed the half drow before...
I was assuming if 00 had come up, RR would just have had to accept the LA and not level up for a long time. We had something similar happen with Tankard the orc, who became a wererat. Besides, the standard reincarnation table includes bugbears, who come saddled with 3 RHD and LA+1, so it's not as though LA isn't a possibility. Hey, at least I didn't put aquatic elves on the table too.

OOC:If I chip in a cure light wounds potion, that should cover the last 19 and over a bit. I don't mind letting the lizard folk get a bit extra. they deserve it after what humans have been doing to them.

Richard has no problem contributing every copper he had, of course.

All things considered, I'm glad I had it on me for you!

No, random encounters way beyond the groups ability to overcome bursting out of the swamp one move action away from your group was 'Ow.'
...
gp are just gp :)

Um... thanks?
