[Blackbyrne Publishing] The Manor of Deceit is HERE

After several long months, the sequel to The Hidden Current is here! The Manor of Deceit is a tribute to my all time favorite D&D module, The Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh. A madman, ghosts, zombies and of course PIRATES! await you as you delve into the city of Gull's Port. The 4E D&D version will take you from 3rd to 5th level and can be found here. The Pathfinder RPG version is set for 2nd level characters and should bring you easily into 3rd level, you can find that one here. Both versions contain 1" printable, full-color battle maps that can be used with miniatures, as well as, printable "Monster Sheets" that contain all the information for the new and unique creatures found in the adventure and have initiative trackers build into the bottom of the sheet.

For the entire month of October, they are on sale for $5.95 at DriveThruRPG.com, get your copy now!

It was recommended to me by others in the business to disable the copy/paste in order to thwart piracy and intellectual property theft, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
It will do absolutely nothing to twart piracy or IP theft, IMO. All it does is limit the usefulness of the product for your customers - your paying customers, that is.

Oh well, at least now I know it wasn't a mistake. :(

May I ask why it is important?
I am completely unfamiliar with your specific prooduct, and do not intend to answer in place of the OP, but I have an example:

As DM, I put together "handouts" for the PCs which may include some, but not all, and in some cases, additional information from an Adventure. Copy/Paste makes this very easy.

Imagine for a moment a Player's Guide that included 30% material that is not applicable to the campaign you will be running the PCs through. Perhaps you inserted the adventure in a pre-existing realm, or have changed some characteristics to meet the wishes of the players. By allowing copy/paste the DM can pull the pieces that are needed, and prepare them for the players use, with any additions as appropriate.

I find it hard to believe any would consider this IP theft.
