Pseudonym

Ivan Alias
Apropos of not all that much, but I noticed when I replied to another thread that i was at 999, so this is my 1000th post here. It's only taken me a little over eight and a half years.

I remember, way back when, I had fallen away from gaming but heard that there was a third edition of D&D coming out, so I did a search and found that some guy named Eric Noah had a website. I don't think I ever created an account of my own, but I lurked and read as the board switched incarnations and owners, eventually deciding to set up an account back in 2002. Stumped for a name I picked Pseudonym and to my utter surprise no one else had chosen it yet.

I've had some great conversations and some infuriating ones. I've been to some game days, and met folks via boards whom I now regularly game with.

So anyway, much thanks to Eric, Morrus, all the moderators past and present and of course all the posters over the years who have made this place worth visiting. :p

Thanks! I've got to say, getting to game regularly with you is a delight. I'm just a little embarrassed that it was a few months before I realized you were Pseudonym. :D

Yeah, but how much of an old-timer are you? Which version of Eric Noah's boards did you start lurking on?

I'll second this. It was the best site on the internet in the days leading up to 3e and it still is a decade (plus) later. That's an astounding accomplishment!
