Worth noting that the artwork on this site is an ENWorld exclusive--the announcement has gone out to many places, but the only place you'll see that piece of art (for now) is ENWorld!

There are not outright spellcasters in The One Ring. Under Cultural Virtues Dwarves can pickup Broken Spells which are minor spells and Wood Elves can pickup Wood-elf magic, again pretty much minor spells.

But definitely not fireball magic types in The One Ring.

Ya, there is very little magic spells in the game which makes it pretty cool. I've been slowly going over the books I picked up at Gen Con and I really like what I've been reading.
