Have you considered playing online using Skype, Maptools, Gametable (my personal fav) or mIRC? Heck, I'd be willing to play on just a basic chat-room or something. I think it's going to be really difficult to find a group who lives geographically close enough to you to play in person.

I second that. I actually live kind of nearby but on the Maryland side of the beltway. I could make an in person session every once in a while but would definitely like to play this online with voice chat. I have a TS server and experience running games in Gametable so I could help there. All of that is completely free by-the-way, all you need is internet access and some kind of computer. I had a friend play a session on his I-phone one time when his cable went out...

OpenRPG is also a good, fun way to play. It's what I use when I get a chance to RP online these days.

The insanity that broke loose at work will be settled quite a bit after next weekend, so I may actually be available to play. I thought you were going to start the group up at GameParlor - Chantilly?

Goes to show how long it's been since I checked in. :p
