For 4th Edition D&D Players, Cheeky's D&D Buddy provides the ability to track and manage all the information that changes round to round with a simple and intuitive UI.

As of version 3.0, the following is supported:
- Hit points : Track maximum, current, and temporary hit point values. Update via simple +1/+5/+10/-1/-5/-10 buttons, or long-click to increase or decrease by any amount.
- Surges : Track maximum and current surge values. Single buttons to gain, spend or heal (1/4 maximum HP) by surge.
- Action Points : Current value is displayed. Buttons to gain/spend APs. Automatically increased by one with every new milestone.
- Milestones : Number incremented every two short rests automatically.
- Rests : Short rest button clears ongoing conditions and removes temporary hit points. Full rest button resets HPs, AP, and Surges as well.
- Treasure : Maintain counts of AD/PP/GP/SP/CP. Can also enter specific valuable items and their values. A total of all treasure on character is provided.
- Notes : Enter free-form text notes. These are independently tracked per character and date stamped for sorting. Existing notes can be modified/deleted.
- Experience : Store an editable XP total. Level is automatically calculated for you.
- Statistics : Maintain a quick reference of Defenses, Ability scores, and Skill modifiers. Make ability/skill checks with a single touch.
- Dice : A simple interface to roll customizable sets of dice.
