The only thing I can pin down conclusively for Samus is she has Landing armor, but to a much larger degree since Landing only negates the first 60 feet of falling whereas we know she usually doesn't take falling damage from any height at all. Feats would probably include Precise Shot, Point-Blank Shot, Far Shot, etc. Come to think of it, I could definitely see her with Ranger levels, or at least Favored Enemy: Space Pirate. Probably add Metroid onto that too.

Eh, not totally sure on that one given the differences between sci-fi and fantasy. A true D20 recreation of her would require sci-fi stuff, but a fantasy version could be made. The Landing enhancement is one that easily works for both.

One thing's for sure though: She's got a pretty high charisma score. hehehe
