Eldritch Knight (DMG, full BAB and casting, loses a casting level at 1st though)

Raumathari Battlemage (Unapproachable East, medium BAB, loses casting at 5th out of 10 levels only)

Master of the Yuirwood (Unapproachable East, medium BAB, full casting)

Spellsword (Complete Warrior, full BAB and casting 1st level only, that level makes good filler though)

Dragonslayer (Draconomicon, full BAB and casting 1st level only, that level makes good filler though)

Unseen Seer actually doesn't have full CL progression. You lose 1 every 3 levels, it's just disguised as a "class feature."

BTW, you still progress in spells/day and spells known, you just don't increase effective caster level when casting non-divination spells. Which kinda sucks, sure, but you do get full casting and sneak attack...
