Bill posted today that he did end up getting 50 extra copies of the S&W ToH, so if you've been regretting not buying the print version of this nearly 700 page book of monster awesomeness, Swords and Wizardry style, you still have a chance.

In his news blog dated for today is where he lets it be known he will have extra's of the S&W version, as for Paizo's PAthfinder copies, unless they sold out in pre order I imagine when the copies come in around Sept. 3rd they will have more to sell.

Cost of the S&W is likely the same as pre order, just no freebie PDF. So with shipping (in the US) I believe mine was about $96.
