Grumpy RPG Reviews: Dungeons and Dragons Cartoon, Part 1

That might even be the issue with replay, last time I checked Flash did not support x64 IE. That was a year or so ago (when my wife tried it and i had her on x64).

Flash works fine with IE64, BUT some 32 bit files do not. Most networks are updated so that you can watch what you want in IE64 (youtube, etc.), but those which haven't may have problems. IE64 does require you to change some default settings as long as you authorize applications to run, gives more security against things that you don't want running, but it will run them as long as you authorize it to run.

Bigger problems seem to come into it with the 64 bit processor (games won't run, graphics won't display right...etc). That's made me try finding a computer with a 32 bit processor that may still be on the market to tell the truth, but they are becoming impossible to find.

Grumpy RPG Reviews: Dungeons and Dragons Cartoon, Part 2

Episode 34: Dungeons and Dragons Cartoon Protagonists.
  • Baba Yaga cosplays as Diana.
  • Hank the Ranger
  • Diana the Acrobat
  • Eric the Cavalier
  • Presto the Magician
  • Shelia the Thief
  • Bobby the Barbarian
  • Uni, who appeared in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
  • Character Sexuality
  • Conclusion
Upon review I made a couple of mistake; (1) the characters do uses the weapons directly against an enemy, such as when Hank uses bolts of force from the bow to know away lizard men. However, this is rare.(2) Second, I mispronounce a couple of names, including the title of the Citadel of Shadow episode and Cosar, Diana's apparent soul-mate. However, editing this episode was a bear and I did not want to have to rerecord the audio and edit it all together again.

Thanks for another episode. I've got to find more time to rewatch the actual series of the show too. It's tough to do reviews and take something on its own terms and as a product of its times. I realize the Eighties isn't that long ago but judging things by today's standards is a tricky can of worms to open, even when being done for the most part satirically. Plus, it was a kids' cartoon, so if I were to offer feedback it would be along the lines of being careful to avoid the above pitfalls of reviewing something from times past. I look forward to the next podcast/vlog/review.

Bump... and I'm not getting any comments, which is disappointing.

An observation.

We're a welcoming bunch. You're new. You have 8 posts. Virtually all of them are to promote your blog which is at least related to the topic of interest of the forum.

However, that's still a form of spamming because you haven't established an actual repoire with the community and become a member of it. You appear to basically be fishing for comments and hits on your blog as your sole purpose for being here.

I recommend participating, you'll get traffic when people get to know you and follow your sig to your site.
