Where is this character portrait from?

The Character Builder has this image as a portrait option:

I'm wondering where it's from and if there is a full version of the character art (not just the portrait) online?

I'm not familiar with that piece of art, but the white design on his cloak reminds me of the "Eye of Neverwinter". I'm betting this would be a picture from the Forgotten Realms, possibly from the new Neverwinter set.

I just went through the online galleries (thumbnails only) of Neverwinter and the two Forgotten Realms books - that picture doesn't seem to be in them, at least in the online galleries.

Originally I thought it might be from one of the assassin articles in Dragon, but I checked those before posting and it's not there either.

I'm stumped.

EDIT: Would XP ya but apparently I did so too recently because your posts are awesome.

I might be a magic card, still looking
Maybe, but don't those usually have painted backgrounds? I swear I saw this in an online article connected with WotC somewhere... and the art style looks familiar.

That's Ioun's Symbol if that helps
Good catch! Yeah, I think there was an article on "holy" assassins, explaining how an assassin could be good-aligned. I ran through a bunch of dragon magazines (#364 - 375) but no sign of the image.
