Also, this bit of description could do with some work: "Warp Magic (Su?): As an immediate action, one or more misi can attempt to alter the effects of any spell targets or is cast within 60 ft of any of the misi in a group. To determine the effects, roll 1d4 and add +1 for each additional misi present:"

Something like: "As an immediate action, one or more misi can attempt to alter the effects of any spell. Either the spell's caster or a target of the spell must be within 60 ft. of any of the misi in a group."

Just a thought: does this use up the immediate actions of all the misi in the group? We should specify. Cleon's suggestions look ok too.

Looks pretty good, but I'd like to add a line: "All misi in the group must expend an immediate action in order to participate."

Do we need to write out an "immunity to physical attacks" ability? Particularly to specify that it's more powerful than what they get from being incorporeal?

I guess we're ready for skills and feats after that.

Yes, I think we'd better, how's this for a start:

Immunity to Physicality (Ex): Misi's have no physical presence on the material world, and can not be harmed by physical weapons. A weapon with the ghost touch property or another special ability against incorporeal creatures can harm a misi. Other magic weapons can not harm a misi. However, a misi can not harm a physical creature either, except through its ability to warp magic.

Misi are affected normally by spells.

I guess we're ready for skills and feats after that.

That guess sounds right. :)

Hmmm. Are we going to allow ghost touch? If we don't allow magic weapons to harm them at all, I'd almost rather leave off ghost touch.

Or, I could see logic where ghost touch weapons affect them, but spells that affect things through material action (say, a fireball) don't affect them either. The point being that the spell isn't what causes the damage in the fireball, but the physical attack of the fire. (Though there is that weirdness about magical vs mundane fire.)

For that very reason, I'd rather leave off ghost touch. If it's not pure magic, it's not hurting hit.

I'm OK with that.
