Without knowing or seeing anything about this other than that trailer, it looks exactly like the Alien setting. That horseshoe-shaped structure and everything.

:) With good reason, it looks like to me we are not getting the Xenomorph from the Alien franchise...

Odd how he says that no one ever ever asked what was up with the Space Jockey or wondered what his story was, considering that I've read some pretty intense speculation and theories about the SJ for years; I remember it being a big topic of discussion in Starlog back in the mid to late 80's. Maybe he just means no one in Hollywood, no movie people, asked about the SJ or his origins. I know that in the fandom EVERYONE was asking about ol' SJ. Too bad Scott apparently wasn't paying attention, or he'd realize just how happy and excited a lot of people are that this movie is about the Space Jockey. Someone really needs to point it out to him that us big Alien geeks very very happy about this. :)

And just to add another building block to this structure of speculation- with which I agree- the title credits also come up the same way for Prometheus as they did for Alien.

Makes me wonder if we'll see the continuation of the tie-in with Predator in it, though.

Edit: according to the wiki, yes it is definitely part of the Alien-verse...but I seriously doubt we'll see any Predator stuff at all.
