I wasn't sure if I would like this movie going in, but afterwards, I was pleasantly surprised! Without giving too much away, it's sort of like Akira meets the Blair Witch Project, which works in a strange sort of way. It has humor, good action, and a rather dark ending. All in all, I give it an 8/10, worth watching!

Small correction: the title of the movie is singular. "Chronicle", not multiple.

It was, in my opinion, a good film, in the critical sense. It can be a bit triggery for people with certain kinds of backgrounds, as the delivery is sometimes pretty darned honest.

It stars nobody you ever heard of, written and directly by folks you've never heard of, but in the process proves that there's a lot of talent out there that you've never heard of.

I think I enjoyed the movie so much that I'm already thinking ahead about the sequel.
