Are demons/devils living creatures?

I would say both - they are both 'corporeal spirits' and also 'alive'; deities too. They, and dryads, manticores (maybe), gargoyles and many supernatural critters, are different from 'mundane' creatures like humans and dire boars, but both are 'alive'.

I forget, are they immune to disease/poison?

Then it really comes down to what you mean by alive. D&D third edition usually mentions "living creatures", which is everything that is a creature and has a Constitution score.

Which outsiders are. And deities are no different from other outsiders with a bunch of additional powers.

Thanks, my 3rd Ed (save the PHB) goodies are packed away right now; interesting that in 5th Ed Undead have a Con score.
