Interesting campaign settings?

I'm playing a multi-setting campaign, and (after 10 or so levels), we are getting ready to move on to a new location. Story-wise, I have some flexibility there, and am curious if anyone has recommendations?

Restrictions: For story-related reasons, it shouldn't be Eberron, and I don't want to do the Forgotten Realms. Planescape would be interesting, but there isn't a lot in terms of 4e resources. Same thought regarding Greyhawk.

Are there any good 3rd-party campaign settings? I can certainly make something up, but I'd rather have some of the setting pre-built if possible (just less work for me). Other suggestions?

A personal favoruite 3rd Party world is Midnight by FFG. If you can find the books, which are often available used.

The Hook of the world is that the dark god Izrador, also known as the Shadow in the North, waged an unending war on the world of man, dwarves, and elves with his orc legions.
And a century ago... it won.
For a hundred years the land has been ruled by the Shadow and its Templars. The world of humans has been occupied and weapons, magic, and writing are outlawed. The elves are trapped in the forests that are slowly being cut and burned down while the orcs slowly dig out the last dwarven stronghold.

Specific, 4e 3rd-Party campaign settings could be found here.

I'd also recommend the official Dark Sun, which has quite a bit of 4e support through the books and DDI, and is an awesome place to play. With a little creative license, you could spin material in Shadowfell: Gloomwrought and Beyond and Heroes of the Feywild into their own settings. Of course, there is also War of the Burning Sky and Zeitgeist from ENWorld Publishing.

Otherwise, 4e is pretty great when it comes to adapting just about any setting, like Midnight mentioned above, with relatively minimum fuss. I'm not sure you wouldn't get more satisfaction from creating your own, though, if you have the time.

My suggestion in terms of pre-made worlds would be 2e Ravenloft or Kobold's PF Midgard Campaign Setting, which I heard is incredible.

I really enjoyed many of the ideas in Nevermore, a campaign setting dealing with the "plane" of dreams. It can easily be played on its own or as a place to have side quests.
