Non-turn based rpg's?

Does anyone know of any non-turn based rpg's out there? So far the only one I've found is Hackmaster 5th edition with it's count up system, which I really like. But there are a few things about the system that I could do without so I'm curious what else is out there.

Feng Shui has a shot system, every action takes a certain number of shots, and you can go again when that action has finished.

There's Dread (and other story-heay, rule-lite games). Jenga tower as a resolution system, just asked for by the GM when he feels it appropriate.

CHAMPIONS has an impulse-chart based system. A "Turn" is 12 seconds. Each character gets staggered actions per turn equal to his Speed score which can range from 1 - 12 though is typically found in a 2-3 point spread depending on campaign type -- i.e. 2 - 4 or 5 - 7. The primary purpose the "Turn" serves is at the end on it, PCs get some energy back.

Burning Wheel's Fight, Range and Cover, and Duel of Wits mechanics work kind of in this range. The actions are don simultaneously and the two actions dictate if they are opposed rolls, standard rolls, or fail entirely.

White Wolf's Scion uses an initiative wheel system, where every action moves you forward however many spaces on the wheel, and it's your action whenever you're furthest behind on the wheel. My understanding is that this system was taken from their earlier game, Exalted.

While turn based in that you do your action in order, Doctor Who Adventures in Time and Space, uses a nice method to determine order....

Talking, Moving, Doing, Fighting.

So no matter how fast you are on the trigger, you can be persuaded that violence isn't the solution, or you target can run first.

Which reflects the TV show well.

What you mean by non-turn-based? Do you mean games in which a character's actions aren't adjudicated one one unit or that, in some other way, actions aren't discrete events with a starting and a stopping point?

I ask because while some of the games mentioned in this thread don't have turns quite like D&D has turns, they still typically involve resolving a player's actions as a unit before moving on to another player. In Champions, you go on a variety of impulses, but like D&D each one involves movement and an action that are adjudicated together without another character really getting a chance to interrupt what's going on. He may be able to forgo his next impulse to get a reaction now, but he can't really interrupt the ongoing actions.
