None of the reprints have been available in PDF form yet so maybe this indicates that RC (BECMI) isn't on the possible reprint list.

I also appreciate the history sections, but the blurb for the Rules Compendium says that the Immortal rules are not included in the book:

The Immortals Rules (1986) are notably not included in the Cyclopedia, although it does contain seven pages from the Master Rules that include basic information for immortals, including rules on PCs ascending to those lofty ranks.
