Let's say I'm the group's Sorcerer and item crafter with the Craft Wand feat. If the Cleric does not have any item creation feats, and wants to make a wand of CLW. Can I do all the requisite crafting with skills and let her cast the final CLW spell into the wand at the end? Or does the entire process have to be undertaken by the same character?

Many thanks!

Yes.

Note that all items have prerequisites in their descriptions. These prerequisites must be met for the item to be created. Most of the time, they take the form of spells that must be known by the item's creator (although access through another magic item or spellcaster is allowed). The DC to create a magic item increases by +5 for each prerequisite the caster does not meet. The only exception to this is the requisite item creation feat, which is mandatory. In addition, you cannot create potions, spell-trigger, or spell-completion magic items without meeting their spell prerequisites.

While I agree with sheadunne's quote, I note that the more specific rules for potions, scrolls and wands all indicate

However, for items like Wondrous Items, where it is clear co-operative work is accepted, the reference is still to the creator:

Now, the material components also are not needed for wondrous items, where they are for wands. hmmm...

Emphasis added. Scroll and potion have the same phrase, and the Potion FAQ makes it clear that the brewer must know the spell - the prereq cannot be ignored. It does not address a second character providing the spell, though, and scrolls and wands don't tag similar errata.

However, wondrous items (and, I assume, the other feats) don't refer to spells you know, and sheadunne's quote refers to "prerequisites", which are listed for wondrous items, arms & armor, etc., but not for wands, scrolls or potions. I don't think these more simple items have prerequisites, so I think the creator of the object cannot get around the requirement that he know the spell by calling a friend.

I think I'll end up asking my DM about about a house rule for this. *I appologize if there's any misspelllings because enworls is screwing up and I cannot see anything that I'm actually typing...

I am also with sheadunne on this. Cooperative Casing is about making more difficult items faster, as I read the feat. For a magic weapon priced at 200kgp, halving the 200 day creation period can be a major issue.
