As I understand it, "atom bomb" is a colloquial catch-all term for all nuclear explosives, whilst "hydrogen bomb" is a specific type.

An H-bomb actually uses a nuclear explosion to cause a bigger nuclear explosion, as opposed to using conventional explosives to start the chain reaction.
The power of an H-bomb is very great.

so yes they reference two different bombs types in the article....and while yes A-bomb may be a catch all it still bugs me...
