In several villages in Austria's Stubaital the devils reign in the night of December 6th. The Tuifl-Lauf is an annual folkevent where people take great pains to dress up as devils.

But being close to Germany, the Austrian Krampusse have to register with the police and receive a metal mark to be able to be identified.
