Awesome news. I know we were all pretty sure, but rather than being 60-90% sure, now we're 100%.

I'm guessing that the books are released before GenCon so there can be actual games run at the convention. If they release the books at the convention, people wouldn't have had a chance to read them. So I'd guess sometime between late June and mid-July.

I wonder if they will do an all at once release or do a three month release schedule as has been done in the past.

Can't wait to see all the new art in the books. Every edition has kind of had a unique style to its art so I'm curious as to what they'll do this time.

Well the way things often run over time or are delayed maybe we're 95% sure now

Ugh. I hope not. They didn't support the one they had. Mismanaged the heck out of it driving people away and not adding any new fixes, then cancelled it because no one was using it.

By Summer do they mean actual Summer or the unofficial summer that goes from Memorial Day to Labor Day?

Well, if they mean Seattle summer, then that's from July 4th till like the end of September.

I had been expecting Gen Con, but now I'm thinking a month or so before might actually be a better release time for the rules so people can be sure if having them in hand for Gen Con events.
