2) Q: Since Warlocks regain spells after a short rest, how does multiclassing with mage work?

A: two separate pools of magic - the you'd have X wizard slots, Y warlock ones, get warlock ones back with short rest

Hmmm. Are the lists of spells known/prepared separate as well? Can I power my mage spells with warlock slots?

I would say no to that from Mearls' reply. Like 3E separate spell lists/slots/usage.

Seems pretty cut and dried, 2 separate spell casting abilities.

Q: You mentioned Warlocks max out at about 5th level spells. Is this at 20th level that they get their 5th level spells?

A: Actually, you hit 5th around 10th, then 6th at 20th. That fits in with our spell design - 6th level = big power boost. In terms of numbers, my warlock will have 2 spell slots from 2nd level until I reach 11th level. Tops out at 4 at 17th.

Tom Olsen mention during the livestream session (44:18) that his wood elf druid Starless Moonleaf has darkvision (as opposed to having lowlight vision)
