D&D 3E/3.5 Book of the Righteous - 3.5 Edition Update?

The only update that I know is for the Holy Warrior class. The pdf is $4 at rpgnow

The errata was taken down from Green Ronin's site. Here it is.
Page 186: In the picture caption, the word Union should be replaced with the word Unity, which is the correct name of the prestige class in question.
Page 223: Under the header Gods by Alignment, there are references to table 6-1. These references should be to table 9-1.
Page 224: Tables 6-1 and 6-2 should be numbered 9-1 and 9-2.
NEW! Page 242: "In the PH it is suggested that every church in a religion has holy warriors.... it is further suggested that each of these types of holy warrior be playable as a prestige class" The DMG says this, not the PH. [Thanks, Certic!]
Page 244: Under the header Domain-Based Special Abilities, there is a reference to table 6-1. This should refer to table 11-1.
Page 257: Under the Beauty Domain, the Fair Light spell should be italicized, as it is new to this book.
Page 258: Under the Truth Domain, theUnveil Secrets spell was cut from the book for balance issues. It should have been replaced with the Mind Blank spell from the PH with the text: Protect secrets from mind spells and scrying.

I am not sure. The links to several of GR's d20 product web extras don't work and The Tree of Life link for Book of the Righteous does not work. If the web extra existed, it might have been there. Furthermore, archive.org only has the errata for Book of the Righteous. If such an extra exists, I would love to see it.
