I know right? Ochre dun goblins? We've come along way from all goblins being evil green bastards :) Nkw they can be evil ochre dun bastards!

That's the color they should be, not green. We've gone back from whence we came. :)
 

More Artwork Like This, Please

WotC, pleeeeeease publish hardcopy :dragon: and :dung: Magazines again, if for no other reason than to publish covers with artwork of the quality we are seeing in these previews!
 



I don't like the picture at all. I think that it had a good degree of potential, but the choice of colours ruins the warrior for me. A black person should have a light coloured turban if you are going to show them at that distance. The blue from his/her clothes just blends in with their face, making it look blue/black. It hides what was likely a good deal of detail. The warrior has no facial expression at all, no eyes and we cannot even tell the gender. It conveys a tired boredom if anything, the opposite of adventure.

I want to see more dark skinned heroes in the books, but if they are black skinned they need close ups, if they are dark brown, they need light surrounds. You can't just use stock standard picture composition then swap out the face colour.
