It's not very well written. Also, I think the author might be setting themselves up for some lawsuits by not only copying the official 5e graphic style but also by using copyrighted images they no doubt found on google.
The image on page 2 is from The Elder Scrolls Online and was not created by the deviantart user "ravenwood22" that the adventure's author credits. I think it might be available as a desktop wallpaper image or something. Even so, I'm sure there'll be some sort of "personal use only; no derivative works" clause.The credits actually give the names of the artists. No idea if they gave permission or not, but I'm not going to make accusations without knowing what's going on.
