And man it looks like both Durkula and Roy got a MAJOR dose of the deadly green energy! I wonder if Roy will live long enough for not counteracting it to catch up with him? The blacksmith warned him to do this and he ignored the warning, so his comeuppance will be haaarlarious.

I think you missed the point of that strip. The blacksmith offered to fix it because to him it was a bug. Roy chose to keep it because he knew it was a feature.

I like this:

Smith: "I estimate a 25% increase in attack accuracy, with a corresponding enhancement to damage."
Roy: "It's OK, you can just say '+5 sword' here. We do that stuff like that all the time."
Smith: "Oh. Then yes, it's a +5 sword."

So because I apparently don't remember this well... does anyone know what happened to Roy's brother? I don't even remember him having a brother, though I know he had a sister who was going to mage school or something like that.

I laughed at that too. I am glad to have the link back to that comic.

no idea, and I wish I could remember. That won't happen until tomorrow unless it is found y someone else.

Roy's brother was killed by his father's careless arcane experiments while very young. Roy visited with him while he was dead.
