Dual Wield Barbarian Path

Hope this hasn't come up before, lemme know what you think

Path of the Dervish

The whirling dervish, the tide of steel, the storm of blades, the twin fangs and many other monikers are giving to the barbarians who forgo the great weapons for two light weapons but make no mistake these deadly warriors move with an athleticism and balance as well as rage and fury.

Move like the wind, strike like the storm

You gain proficiency in Athletics and Acrobatics. If you are already trained in either or both of these skills you gain expertise instead.

You also gain the two-weapon fighting style.

The Dance of Death

Starting when you choose this path at 6th level, you can go into the dance of death when you rage so long as you are not wielding a two-handed weapon or wearing heavy armour. When you do so you can add your dexterity modifier to all your damage rolls, when this rage ends you suffer one level of exhaustion. During the dance of death any opportunity attacks against you have disadvantage.

Spinning Strikes

At the 10th level of the path you can make a Whirlwind attack, as the ranger ability but you may attempt to hit each target with both of your weapons.

Whirling Blades

At 14th level the dance of death has become so habitual if an enemy enters your melee reach you may make an opportunity attack.

I could be wrong, but isn't this already an Unearthed Arcana article? Don't get me wrong, I actually enjoy the look of a Barbarian sprinting about the battlefield with two weapons and ripping through his foes, but I don't think it requires an archetype when just taking the Mobile Feat will get you what you're after. I have experimented with the idea of creating a feat to grant Combat Styles, however. Sorry, this is just a tangent here, but here's the thought.

Experienced Combatant
You are diligent in your training and devotion to a particular form of combat, gaining the following benefits.
* Increase your Strength or Dexterity Score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
* You learn one Combat Style of your choice from among those available to the Fighter class.

This is fine, I guess. Although two skills might be a bit much.

Wording: you choose this path at 3rd level, not 6th.
As far as the ability is concerned, I'd consider dropping the dex modifier and just allowing you to combine the damage dice of the weapons you're wielding if you're two-weapon-fighting. Makes more sense with less MAD.

Also, drop exhaustion. It makes the ability almost unusable, no matter how you run it, especially since this already isn't that powerful to begin with (seriously, Frenzy was already terrible, this is far worse). There's no reason why this shouldn't just be an innate feature of your rage once you get it, and it's not unreasonably powerful after level 6 anyway. For the disadvantage on opportunity attacks against you bit, add that it only works against enemies that you've made an attack against that turn, or drop it entirely.

Spinning Strikes

At the 10th level of the path you can make a Whirlwind attack, as the ranger ability but you may attempt to hit each target with both of your weapons.

Strongly against this. Not only is this just straight up lifted from Ranger and put on a better class, but giving Barbarian what amounts to extra attacks beyond its normal range of options should be done with great care, as the class' limited damage cap is what keeps it in line with every other frontline fighter. Barbarian is already an absolute monster in 1 on 1 encounters, it doesn't need to be a master of hordes in addition to that.

Whirling Blades

At 14th level the dance of death has become so habitual if an enemy enters your melee reach you may make an opportunity attack.

This is just half of polearm mastery but you have to wait 14 levels to get it. Unless you didn't forget to make it require a reaction to activate, in which case it's crazy and should be discarded anyway. Either way, this should be replaced or redesigned entirely.

You've added direct combat strength to all of the path features, but the level 6 and 10 features are more defensive or utility oriented.

Xeviat is right. The class flavor is interesting, but please read the Modifying Classes Unearthed Arcana for guidance on developing new class options for balance purposes.
