Uh wow, how long ago did you do that?
Hmmm. A month, maybe? I don't remember exactly when, but it was a few weeks ago.
Would love to see a separate chart that includes both the Paizo forum and this forum.
The system only shows 3. I'd have to lose one of the existing ones.
Is there any purpose anymore to excluding them from the main D&D list? I mean I understood it when there was a WOTC board, but now that it's gone, doesn't it make sense to just include it all now?
A forum is either counted or not. It can't be counted in just one list.
Right, but why not just count it all now? What purpose does it serve to exclude EnWorld and the Paizo board from lists? The non-D&D list would actually be slightly more representative that way as well (since some discussion of non-D&D games takes place at both EnWorld and Paizo's boards), wouldn't it? It's not like the non-D&D list would be skewed because people are talking a lot of Pathfinder (at Paizo) or 5e (here), as both as still not counted in the non-D&D list anyway.
Because a lot of official forums don't have RSS feeds and including some but not others would distort the data. Sticking to just independent sources is more representative than using some but not all official sources.
My point stands: Creating this "you MUST run a PUBLIC game or you cannot see these adventures" rule is completely contrary to the spirit of D&D. It makes no sense. It does not align with what makes the hobby work.
