If you look at the followup tweets, Mearls states that it will be more complicated than just paying cash. Which will probably mean that it won't be the straight-up magic item pricing guide that you've been looking for.

Long way < all the wayHonestly...if you take the "Sane Magic Item Prices" pdf, narrow it down to items you want to be available to your players in a given town and tell them they can sell items for 1/4th the price and buy them for 100% of the price you'll have gone a long way.
