More precisely, the latest document has made it possible for faction members with the rank of Stalwart to acquire uncommon and rare items as additional support for their adventures in exchange for time and money spent in service to their faction.

It's less a basic magic item market and more a reasonable support system for the advancement of faction goals, available only to members with a fair amount of renown.

Maybe.

If you look at the followup tweets, Mearls states that it will be more complicated than just paying cash. Which will probably mean that it won't be the straight-up magic item pricing guide that you've been looking for.

Hopefully, it will be sufficient.

Honestly...if you take the "Sane Magic Item Prices" pdf, narrow it down to items you want to be available to your players in a given town and tell them they can sell items for 1/4th the price and buy them for 100% of the price you'll have gone a long way.

If they have specific items in mind set a percentage chance that it is there and if not an investigation DC to find where it might be available.

You might not realize it, but I personally consider it a HUGE win for the system to be an official first-party product.
