Fog of War : for the Hector Warlord (Full Controller)

Falling all over themselves
Certain they have you... your enemies rush you or selected ally only to knock themselves prone (handy to have so many enemies prone nearby.) Ducking or Jumping above either way the bait may well be in an interesting position to exploit the situation.
Encounter ✦ Martial, Weapon
Standard Action
Close Burst 3
Target: Each enemy you can see in the burst
Attack: Intelligence or Charisma vs. Will
Hit: You pull the target up to 2 squares to an adjacent square. Each target is adjacent to you or another enemy after the pull, is knocked prone and unable to take opportunity actions till the end of your next turn and take Int or Charisma mod damage.

It occurs to me this maneuver is mostly a humor based one... something you see in a Zorro show or similar.

Regroup AKA Tactical Repositioning - Warlord Level 1
At your command, your allies move into position, forcing with timing and coordination, their opponents to back off and regroup.

At-Will ♦ Martial, Fear
Standard Action - Close Blast 5 Target: Each Enemy in blast

Effect: Each ally in the blast can shift 1, either before or after you resolve the attack.
Attack: Intelligence vs. Will
Hit: Psychic damage equal to your CHA mod, and you push the target 2 squares. Level 21: 3+CHA mod damage

The above was inspired by Beguilling Strands, however bringing your allies in to the picture gives it more warlord flavor.

I'm pretty sure bards have almost exactly this power.

A slightly revamped CaGI would say...

Are you thinking of Sprightly Rhythm, a L1 Daily power?

The essentials enchanter does less damage but over a larger area and pushes the enemy almost as much with an at-will as that daily, with beguiling stands. (SMH)

Yes, but damage plus push push plush ally shift.... That's pushing it (see what I did there?), I think.

;) yeah
There is a danger of patterning new controllers after the Wizard if you enable Mage elements... as Essentials gave their mages strong class features which fed on top of the already powerful wizard spell effects and added strong spells.

I seem to recall a power, or maybe its a class feature, that pretty much let at least some bard builds basically re-arrange most of the battlefield, pushing and pulling both allies and enemies alike. Maybe it was something that is attached to a PP? I just remember that WAY back in my first campaign one of the players had a bard in paragon that would just be like "Hey, I don't like the way things are laid out here" and would just re-arrange half the battlefield so the enemies would be all flanked and PCs could slip by them without OAs, etc.
